Selfridges, the UK’s leading department store is celebrating 33 per
cent rise in swimwear sales (*) with the launch of a £2,000 bling-kini
.
‘Anita’ by Pistol Panties will launch exclusively at Selfridges’
stores in London, Manchester and Birmingham, retailing for £2,000.
To avoid disappointed customers, Selfridges has set up a wait list to ensure
customers ordering in advance are not disappointed.
This limited edition swimwear gem is swathed in over 5,000 brightly coloured
Swarovski Austrian crystals and costs a far from skimpy £100 per square
centimetre. ‘Anita’ boasts this season’s must-have cut
out maillot silhouette, tying at the neck and joined from the bust to its
base by beaded gold rope.
Founded by Deborah Fleming, Pistol Panties is the epitome of glamorous swimwear,
helped by a celebrity following including Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham and
Sarah Jessica Parker, its beachwear is designed to make you feel like a
superstar.
