What information do we hold?
As a PR company we have a legitimate interest in keeping members of the media including journalists, broadcasters, bloggers and influencers abreast of relevant news from our clients. The information that we hold may be held via a third party database that you have agreed to subscribe to already or it may be held directly by us or it may be via your agent. This personal information may include your name, business and/or personal email address, business or personal telephone numbers including land lines and mobiles, your business or home address and your social media handles.

Keeping your information up to date

To make sure we always have the most up to date information about how we contact you we may also from time to time update your records via a third party media or blogger database supplier via your agent or directly with you.

To provide you with information on new products, services, business announcements, case studies, press releases that you may have a legitimate interest in from our clients or ZPR.

We may subscribe to third party media and blogger database sources where your details may be already held on their databases. We will however only contact you where and when we believe there is a legitimate business interest.
