‘Get Started In’… With Hobbycraft
Whatever crafting skill you are keen to learn, Hobbycraft is here to help. A spokesperson from Hobbycraft says it has seen an increase in traffic to its online Ideas Hub, suggesting that customers are looking for new creative ideas and projects during this time. Overall searches of kids content has also risen.
The Hobbycraft ‘Get Started In…’ series includes beginner step-by-step guides on how to start a range of crafting techniques as well as video tutorials to help along the way. The retailer has seen increased interest in knit and stitch projects in particular on its website, with the ‘knitting’ section seeing a 43% increase. Macramé and crochet have continued to be popular with search up 134% and 140% respectively as people look to take on up new hobbies and projects.
