For York’s Best Western Monkbar Hotel, the appointment of Water Sommelier, Darrell Burnham, brought with it a valuable opportunity for ZPR to create a splash in the media.

ITV Calendar interviewed Darrell and took to the streets of York to invite the public to taste some of the fine waters on offer at the hotel.
